王金亭

王金亭,中央財經(jīng)大學二級教授、龍馬學者特聘教授、博士生導師、中央財經(jīng)大學第九屆學術委員會委員、管理科學與工程學院學術委員會主任、學科帶頭人,國家級一流本科專業(yè)“管理科學”專業(yè)建設負責人、中央財經(jīng)大學“智能管理”交叉學科建設項目首席科學家。兼任中國運籌學會常務理事、中國運籌學會可靠性分會理事長等社團職務。

2000年中國科學院數(shù)學與系統(tǒng)科學研究院博士研究生畢業(yè),獲理學博士學位。2000年7月至2019年7月在北京交通大學任教,歷任講師、副教授、教授、博導;期間2002年9月至2003年9月加拿大Saskatchewan大學數(shù)學與統(tǒng)計系訪問學者,2006年9月至2007年7月加拿大Manitoba大學電機工程系訪問學者。2009年5月至2010年4月任理學院掛職副院長,2011年11月至2019年7月任數(shù)學系黨支部書記、副系主任。2019年8月調(diào)入中央財經(jīng)大學管理科學與工程學院,2019年11月至2022年12月,任中央財經(jīng)大學管理科學與工程學院副院長、國家金融安全教育部工程研究中心副主任。2019年12月至今中央財經(jīng)大學管理科學與工程學院學術委員會主任委員,2024年1月起,聘任為中央財經(jīng)大學二級教授;2024年6月起,聘任為中央財經(jīng)大學第九屆學術委員會委員。

主要研究方向運籌與管理、服務運作管理、排隊經(jīng)濟學、定價與收益管理、物流供應鏈管理、系統(tǒng)工程與投資管理。近年來指導博士后/博士/碩士研究生聚焦服務運營管理、排隊經(jīng)濟學、平臺經(jīng)濟、共享經(jīng)濟、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟、服務定價及收益管理等熱點難點問題,緊盯國際前沿、緊扣國家發(fā)展需求,通過前沿課題研究、高水平論文發(fā)表、前沿學術研討和實地社會調(diào)研等方式指導學生開展扎實的專業(yè)和學術訓練,指導的學生研究成果豐碩。主持國家自然科學基金面上基金5項(1項管理科學部面上項目2022年獲得結(jié)題后評估“特優(yōu)”)、青年基金項目1項、天元數(shù)學青年基金1項、國際(地區(qū))合作與交流項目1項、科技部中國-匈牙利政府間科技合作項目1項、教育部新世紀人才計劃項目及省部級以上基金項目20余項,作為主要骨干成員參與國家自然科學基金重大項目“城市物流”。2022/2024年兩度入選Elsevier“高被引學者”榜單;2019-2021連續(xù)三年入選斯坦福大學發(fā)布的全球前2%頂尖科學家排名榜單。擔任《Journal of the Operational Research Society》、《International Journal of Operations Research》、《Queueing Models and Service Management》、《運籌學學報》、《系統(tǒng)科學與數(shù)學》等多個國內(nèi)外學術期刊的編委。已有160余項研究成果發(fā)表在包括Operations Research、Manufacturing & Service Operations Management、Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research,Omega,International Journal of ProductionEconomics, International Journal of Production Research, Queueing Systems, IEEE Transactions, Reliability Engineering & System Safety在內(nèi)的國際學術期刊上,110余篇SCI檢索和30余篇SSCI檢索論文。2016年出版專著《排隊博弈論基礎》(科學出版社,獨著)。

2004年獲得中國運籌學會“中國青年運籌獎”,2006年獲教育部霍英東教育基金會第十屆高等院校青年教師獎(教學類三等獎),2011年入選教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才計劃,2016年獲得第八屆安徽省自然科學優(yōu)秀學術論文一等獎,2018年獲詹天佑鐵道科學技術獎專項科技獎,2021年獲中央財經(jīng)大學鴻基世業(yè)獎勵基金鴻基世業(yè)優(yōu)秀學術論文獎一等獎,2022年獲第15屆EAI無線互聯(lián)網(wǎng)國際會議最佳論文獎、全國供應鏈與運營管理學術年會最佳論文一等獎等學術獎勵。

2023年2月創(chuàng)立師生融合“服務科學與運作管理研究團隊黨支部”,并擔任黨支部書記。2024年6月獲評第三批校級研究生黨建工作樣板支部,并獲黨支部書記微黨課大賽三等獎。培養(yǎng)博士后5名,博士生15名,碩士生近50余名,指導博士生獲得國家自然科學基金優(yōu)秀青年基金、多位畢業(yè)生獲得北京市優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生等榮譽稱號,取得良好成效,2023年獲評為中央財經(jīng)大學優(yōu)秀研究生指導教師。

長期與美國、加拿大、歐洲及港澳臺地區(qū)多所著名高校的同行學者保持良好國際合作,通過多種渠道聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)碩博研究生。近年來有近十名碩博研究生經(jīng)國家留學基金委公派赴美國喬治城大學、北卡羅來納州州立大學、加拿大西蒙佛雷澤大學、法國Université de Technologie de Troyes等大學攻讀博士學位及聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士。指導的多位博士(后)、碩士研究生畢業(yè)后成為天津大學/北京理工大學/北京交通大學/北京科技大學等高校、工商銀行/建設銀行/頭部投行等金融機構(gòu)、華為等知名企業(yè)的卓越人才。
